We’ll read every nomination and select three finalists whose stories truly touch our hearts.

Those finalists will then go into a random draw, and one winner will receive the full bathroom renovation.

  • Flack Built Christmas Bathroom Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

    1. Promoter

    The promoter is Flack Built Pty Ltd (CDB-U 74635) in partnership with Webster Interiors and selected local

    suppliers and trades.

    2. Prize Inclusions

    The prize is one (1) bathroom renovation valued at up to AUD $15,000, consisting of:

    • Interior design selections by Webster Interiors

    • Fixtures, fittings, tiles, and materials supplied by our trusted local suppliers

    • Labour provided by Flack Built and/or our approved subcontractors

    • A final design and scope of works signed off by the winner prior to commencement

    “Valued up to $15,000” reflects the maximum retail value. Final inclusions may vary based on the design,

    selections, site conditions and material availability.

    3. Exclusions

    The prize does not include:

    • Asbestos removal or hazardous material remediation

    • Additional works outside the agreed scope (e.g., adjoining rooms, upgrades, custom joinery)

    • Council permits, engineering, or approvals (if required)

    • Any costs beyond the $15,000 prize value

    Any additional works requested or required will be quoted separately and must be approved and paid by

    the winner prior to commencement.

    4. Eligibility

    • Open to Victorian residents aged 18+ only

    • Property must be located within the Mornington Peninsula and surrounding suburbs listed by Flack Built

    • Owner-occupied or with written approval from the legal property owner

    • Winner must allow site inspections to confirm feasibility

    Flack Built reserves the right to deem a property unsuitable if works cannot be safely or reasonably

    performed.

    5. Winner Selection and Notification

    • Winner will be drawn at random and announced on our Instagram page

    • Winner must respond within 72 hours or a redraw may occur

    • Winner must be available for design selections and site access within 30 days

    6. Compliance, Safety & Pre-Existing Conditions

    Flack Built is not responsible for:

    • Hidden defects or structural issues discovered during works

    • Pre-existing water damage, mould, rot, termites, asbestos, or unsafe wiring

    • Existing plumbing or electrical that does not meet current code

    Any required rectification will be quoted and is not included in the prize.

    7. Project Schedule & Access

    • Work dates will be scheduled by Flack Built in consultation with the winner

    • Winner must provide clear access to the property for trades and deliveries

    • Any delays caused by the winner may extend the project timeline

    8. Photography, Video & Marketing

    By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to:

    • Allow Flack Built and Webster Interiors to photograph and film the renovation process and final result

    • Grant full permission for images and videos to be used in marketing, social media, advertising and

    portfolio purposes

    • Participate in reasonable promotional activity

    9. No Cash Alternative

    The prize is not transferable, non-refundable, and not redeemable for cash, store credit or discounts on

    other works.

    10. Liability & Warranty

    To the maximum extent permitted by law:

    • Flack Built, Webster Interiors, and all suppliers/trades accept no responsibility for loss, damage, injury,

    delays or changes arising from the prize

    • The winner uses the prize at their own risk

    • Standard building warranties apply only to the work performed within the prize scope

    Flack Built reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway if circumstances require.

    11. Acceptance of Terms

    Entry into the giveaway constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

    ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS FOR CLARITY & PROTECTION

    • Full site inspection required before confirming prize eligibility. Unsafe or structurally unsound bathrooms

    may be deemed ineligible.

    • Prize applies to a standard-sized bathroom. Powder rooms are excluded unless otherwise approved.

    • Fixtures, fittings, and materials must be selected from approved supplier ranges.

    • Winner must sign a Scope of Works agreement before commencement, outlining inclusions, exclusions,

    and variations.

    • Project may not be swapped, transferred, or substituted for another room or property.

    • Winner must ensure safe, clear access and be available for scheduled works, selections, and site visits.
